Burlesque and retro

Wednesday, October 13th, 2010

Over in the luxurious IsleOne offices, we’ve been giving some thought to Thanet’s current obsession with burlesque. In fact, we’ve been giving it a lot of thought.

First, there was Burlesque on the Beach; then a burlesque show as part of Dippers and Dunkers. Now, there’s a Burlesque and Retro Cabaret at the Tom Thumb Theatre.

But, despite where it’s being held, it’s not a parade of midgets in saucy costumes [I don't think we're allowed to say this, consider deleting].

And although the fact that the lady on the left looks like she needs a wee, it’s probably going to be a lot of fun. Find out more from http://www.tomthumbtheatre.co.uk/
