News has reached us of two important culinary events in Thanet this February.
The Ambrette in Margate is serving a special aphrodisiac menu on Sunday 13th, the night before Valentine’s Day, with ingredients designed to spice up post-prandial events rather than the meal itself.
Meanwhile, Eddie Gilbert’s are celebrating National Chip Week, 21st to 27th February, by giving away a free portion of chips with every large portion of fish.
For some girls in Thanet, of course, a free bag of chips is the only aphrodisiac they need…
