Scott’s
Scott’s is a salvage yard, furniture warehouse and treasure trove. It has three floors and two yards jam-packed with unusual, quirky and desirable furniture and furnishings. And the people are really helpful.
Also on site is 20th Century Frocks, for all your vintage clothing needs, and Dip n Strip, a paint stripping service for doors, radiators and other furniture.
If you go to Scott’s, it’s better without kids as there’s barely room to move for all the stock. And they’re closed lunchtimes, 1 till 2. And Wednesdays and Sundays.
